November 2017 Submission of FEPA licence application to the States of Guernsey for alternative offshore cable route outside the territorial waters of the States of Alderney

April 2018 Confirmation of Compulsory Purchase Order to secure property rights for onshore works in East Devon
May 2018 Confirmation that the alternative offshore cable route outside of the territorial waters of the States of Alderney does not require a FEPA Licence.
July 2018 Receipt of FEPA Licence for the offshore cable route within the territorial waters of the States of Alderney.
